MTV Movie & TV Award de la meilleure performance dans un film
Le "MTV Movie & TV Award du meilleur acteur" (Best Performance in a Movie) et "MTV Movie & TV Award de la meilleure actrice" (Best Female Performance) est une récompense cinématographique décernée chaque année depuis 1992 par MTV Movie & TV Awards.
Dans toutes les années sauf en 2005 et 2006, les prix sont séparés en catégories masculine et féminine.
Depuis 2017, les catégories ont fusionné il a été renommé « Meilleure performance dans un film » (Best Performance in a Movie).
