Les 24 Heures de Daytona 1988 (officiellement appelé le 1988 Sunbank Daytona 24 Hours ), disputées sur les et sur le Daytona International Speedway sont la vingt-sixième édition de cette épreuve, la vingt-deuxième sur un format de vingt-quatre heures, et la première manche des Championnat IMSA GT 1988.
