Uvis Jānis Balinskis
Uvis Jānis Balinskis, quelques fois appelé Uvis Balinskis[1], (né le à Ventspils en Lettonie) est un joueur letton de hockey sur glace[2].

Biographie
Carrière en club
Formé au Venta 2002, Balinskis est introduit au hockey sur glace professionnel durant la saison 2015-2016 par le Dinamo Riga, équipe de la KHL. Durant les années qui suivent, son rôle avec l'équipe devient de plus en plus important[2].
Internationale
Balinskis représente la Lettonie au niveau international. Il est sélectionné pour son premier championnat du monde sénior en 2017[2].
