Prix Ridenhour
Les prix Ridenhour sont remis annuellement depuis 2004 pour mettre en valeur « ceux qui persĂ©vĂšrent dans leur poursuite de transmettre la vĂ©ritĂ© avec les objectifs de protĂ©ger l'intĂ©rĂȘt public, de faire la promotion de la justice sociale ou de mettre en lumiĂšre une sociĂ©tĂ© plus juste »[trad 1]. Ils sont remis par The Nation Institute et la Fertel Foundation en l'honneur de Ronald Ridenhour, un vĂ©tĂ©ran de la guerre du ViĂȘt Nam qui a jouĂ© un rĂŽle central dans la dĂ©nonciation du massacre de Má»č Lai. Chaque prix est assorti d'un montant de 10 000 $US.
