Histoire
Le prĂšs d'un millier de TibĂ©tains ont manifestĂ© afin de demander la libĂ©ration de moines arrĂȘtĂ©s pour avoir hissĂ© un drapeau tibĂ©tain[2].

La population du district Ă©tait de 46 920 habitants en 1999[3].
