Thinley Norbu Rinpoché est un maître bouddhiste tibétain de la lignée Nyingma, né en 1931 et mort le , réincarnation de Longchen Rabjam, fils du tertön Kyabjé Dudjom Rinpoché et père de Dzongsar Khyentsé Rinpoché et Dungse Garab Rinpoché.
