Stanley Lane-Poole

Né à Londres en 1854, il travaille au British Museum de 1874 à 1892 puis se rend en Égypte se livrer à des fouilles archéologiques. De 1897 à 1904, il occupe une chaire d'études arabiques à l'université de Dublin.
