Ce film a souvent été décrit par la critique comme l'un des pires films d'animation de tous les temps[1] - [2] - [3], en raison du scénario incohérent, de sa méthode d'animation et des références sexuelles maladroites et récurrentes, malgré la présence d'acteurs de réputation tel que Charlie Sheen, Hilary Duff et même Christopher Lloyd[4].
